Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Lagos & Abuja: 1–3 business days
- Other states within Nigeria: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days (where available)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Carriers We partner with reliable local and international courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Damaged or Lost Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
